Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the BCBA is responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and behavior protocols, assisting in client intake and assessments, and the direct implementation of individualized treatment plans/behavior protocols. The BCBA is also responsible for providing direct supervision and training to staff in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Skinner’s Analysis of Verbal Behavior.

Behavior Technicians will work with individuals of all ages. People with backgrounds in mental health, developmental disabilities, early intervention, and child development are perfect candidates for expanding their knowledge and experience within human services. We are very interested in people who are highly organized, committed to quality, and want to learn how to make a difference in a child's life.
Under the supervision of the Clinical Director and Behavior Analyst, the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist is responsible for the direct implementation of individualized treatment goals and behavior protocols.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is preferredAssociate’s degree, or at least 60 credits, in a related fieldAssociated degree, or at least 60 credits, in an unrelated field and 300 documented hours working with childrenExperience working with children is requiredMedical Information Required:
Physical dated within the last year. Documentation that you have received, or have immunity to, the MMR vaccineDocumentation of a negative TB test.Schedule: We have both part-time and full-time positions available. Our available positions are between 10 to 30 hours per week, usually between 8:00 a.m. - 7: 00 p.m., and run year-round. The schedule is usually Monday through Friday.
