    Customer Service Rep Edina, Minnesota, United States $ 21.00 - 23.00 (US Dollar) Job Title: Customer Service Representative Assignment Length: ASAP - 12/31/25 Location: On-site at CBC FTE: 1.0 (or 40 HPW) Shift: 8 am - 4:30 pm M-F Rate: $21-$23 DOE Contract to hire The Customer Service Representative provides timely response and resolution to inquiries on account balances of the uninsured and underinsured patient as well as other patient out-of-pocket expenses related to co-insurance and deductibles. The representative responds to initial patient family requests; provides detailed explanations of patient billing information; resolves patient-family questions; performs follow-up on outstanding concerns, and collaborates with other departments to research patient billing history. The position consistently demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills.
