We are the PREMIER flooring replacement experts that apartment communities in the MD/VA/DC Metro call on for help with their replacements. We are currently seeking an OUTSIDE SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE who can build relationships and succeed in the Multi-Family / Apartment Community Industry. Where / When you will work:You will be assigned geographical territory and accounts within the DC/MD/ VA Metro. Your car, laptop and cell phone will become your office. Occasional stops at our corporate office / warehouse in Hyattsville, MD will be needed. Typical hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. What you will do: Develop and build relationships within the multi-family Industry.Inform customers about flooring solutions that create best value.Execute innovative sales strategies that drive attainment of sales goals.Respond to customer needs / complaints with solutions / resolutions.Prospecting and following up by phone, e-mail and PRIMARILY IN PERSON site visits to create new partnerships and win new accounts.Report to and work with the executive team in forming short- and long-term strategies to win accounts and grow market share.Work with assigned Project Managers / other internal departments to manage inventory, provide quotes and address client needs. Who we are looking for: Previous experience in sales. Winning accounts is the #1 priority in this position.Knowledge of the Multi-Family Industry and ability to build rapport with clients.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Exceptional communication skills.
