This is a sales-first, quota-carrying role. You will be expected to prospect, think critically in the field, and consistently produce results.

What Youll Be Doing
Prospect daily: knocking doors, making calls, building relationships, and creating your own opportunitiesPerform detailed inspections for rodent activity, entry points, and termite presence (attics, crawlspaces)Identify species, assess severity, and determine the right solutionPresent findings and confidently recommend treatment plansClose new business and manage your pipeline from first contact to signed agreementTrack activity, inspections, and revenueWhat This Role Demands
Proven ability to sell and closeComfort working independently in the field with minimal supervisionWillingness to prospect consistently. At Anti-Pesto Bug Killers, we protect homes and businesses from serious pest and termite damage and were looking for people who are ready to show up, work hard, and learn a trade.
This is hands-on, physical work. Youll be in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors in Florida heat. Its not easy but its steady, year-round work with opportunity to grow.

What Youll Be Doing
Inspect homes and buildings for pest entry points and termite activityPerform exclusion work (sealing gaps, installing barriers, repairing entry points)Install and service termite systems (Sentricon, etc.)Complete attic restoration (cleanup, insulation blow-in)Use tools safely (drills, ladders, hand tools, etc.)Document work using a mobile deviceWork in attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and outdoor environmentsWhat This Job Requires (Read Carefully)
