    Independent Pet Sales Representative

    Antelope is an omnichannel pet consumer platform that was founded in August 2021 with the mission to elevate the lives of pets by delivering the highest quality products across all pet products and services via a buy-and-build strategy. The company is backed by Alpine Investors and have made five acquisitions so far (Bocce's Bakery, Diggin' Your Dog / Super Snouts, Doggo, My Perfect Pet and Ark Naturals), and they're just getting started!

    We're on the hunt for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our dynamic independent pet sales team! Our most successful team members are self-starters with winning mindsets, adeptly managing multiple accounts to achieve ambitious goals.

    In this pivotal role, you'll get to completely own your territory - strengthening business with existing accounts and forging valuable new relationships to drive growth. You'll have the exciting opportunity to sell all Antelope brands, including Bocce's Bakery, Diggin' Your Dog / Super Snouts, Ark Naturals, and My Perfect Pet. Travel is required for field coverage, including trade shows and sales meetings, which will involve overnight stays. Territory includes: IL, MN, WI, MI, MO, NE, IA, KS, ND, SD.     Responsibilities:Cultivate and expand relationships with both new and existing accountsDrive lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and closing of potential new customersEducate prospects on the value of all Antelope products and services through compelling pitches and trainingsLeverage provided data and CRM tools to enhance sales strategies and pinpoint growth opportunitiesEffectively manage within a designated trade budgetCollaborate with team members and support each other to winAdapt and lend support wherever needed as Antelope continues to grow!Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeExperience in pet or CPG sales strongly preferredEnergetic and outgoing, with a genuine passion for petsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident presenter who can deliver engaging, persuasive pitchesStrong multitasker who thrives in fast-paced settings and hits targetsComfortable making decisions independently and using sound judgmentExceptionally organized with great attention to detailPositive, team-oriented mindset that lifts others upMust have reliable transportation and be open to monthly travelAnd of course - must love dogs or cats (and treats!)What We Offer:Connected remote-first culture with a highly engaged distributed workforceFlexible PTOCompetitive compensationMedical, dental, and vision insurance401K employer matchProfessional Development & Learning ProgramsHome Office StipendParental leave including "pawternity"Discounted Antelope products and pet insurance Read Less
