JOB REQUIREMENTS
Provide client care according to approved Service PlanAssist clients with personal care and hygieneComply with all documentation and record keeping requirementsFollow principles of infection control and Universal PrecautionsIdentifies and participates in performance improvement activitiesLight housekeeping, meal preparation and laundryProvide transport to doctor appointments, outside activities and shoppingAssist in providing a safe environment and promote quality patient careAdherence to established policies, procedures and standardsAdherence to client’s rights including the right to privacy and dignityRespond rapidly and appropriately in an emergency situationUse equipment properly and in a safe mannerQualifications:
