    Growing up in a State Farm family, I was inspired by the impact an agent can have on peoples lives, and thats what led me to this career. Today, what I enjoy most about being an agent is making a differencenot just for our customers and their families but for my team as well. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Position Overview

    State Farm Insurance Agent located in Mason, OH is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Andy McMahon - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

    Responsibilities

    Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Requirements

    Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferredEnthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreamsSelf-motivatedDetail orientedAbility to make presentations to potential customersProperty and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
