Job Description Summary:
Responsible for all daily activities of the Accounting Department, including AR, AP, Invoicing, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Inventory (Equipment, Fleet, Parts), Business and Property Taxes, WIP.Accountable for accuracy of quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as monthly P&L analysis (Gross Margin and Operating Expenses).Primary contact for annual financial statement and 401K auditsEnforce internal controls and compliance with GAAPProvide analytical and cash management support to CFOProvide analytical support and transaction processing direction to operating managersManage and coach Accounting staff to optimize efficiency and accuracy (Manager, 2 Sr Accountants, 3 AR/AP/Billing staff)Reports to Corporate Controller with additional accountability to CFORequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with finance concentration a plus top tier school.Professional certification CPA, MBA in Finance7+ years Accounting work experience in public Accounting and private industry.3+ years Private experience at a company with $100MM+ revenue and inventory.3+ years Public Accounting experience managing audits of large private companies with inventory, WIP, multistate operations, business taxesFinance exposure to treasury, cash management, cashflowWork experience that demonstrates proven track record of achievement and ability to affect change and impact company performanceStrong problem-solving skills, attention to details, and ability to grasp financial aspects of operations and complex sales and service transactionsCompensation and Benefits:

Job Description Summary:
The Service Manager is responsible for leading the branch service department and overseeing technicians and mechanics who work in the shop and the field. The technicians perform a variety of functions, including maintaining the Company’s rental fleet, performing scheduled maintenance or warranty work, diagnosing and repairing customer equipment. The Service Manager will work with the Branch and Parts Managers to coordinate cost effective reliable service for our customers and to ensure that safety, responsiveness and professionalism are prioritized. The Service Department Manager will be responsible for maintaining workflow, including scheduling repairs, assigning mechanics, and setting priorities, while effectively managing work orders and timely completion of repairs. Managers will also be responsible for driving to job and customer sites to meet with potential buyers and customers.
The Service Manager is ultimately responsible for revenue and gross margin growth, and profitable operations. Anderson Corporate functions (HR, Sales Support, Credit) will support Service Manager to facilitate achievement of results.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in Service Department.5+ years of work experience with P&L responsibility and achievement of profitable results.Proven track record in training, scheduling, and managing field technicians.Strong technical competence in mechanical functions and specialized equipment repair.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to service operations.Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Compensation and Benefits:

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing all operations within the branch in a profitable, safe, professional manner. Managers will also be responsible for driving to job and customer sites to meet with potential buyers and customers.
Sales and Rental:
The Branch Manager supervises and coaches the Sales Representatives assigned to the branch and geographic territories. Sales Representative must grow territory to achieve annual sales revenue and market share targets by understanding customer needs, identifying sales opportunities, and developing customized equipment and financial solutions.
Service and Parts:
Branch Manager works closely with Service and Parts Managers to coordinate Anderson’s response to customer needs and equipment issues.
Financial Results:
