We are looking for CDL B drivers to deliver ready-mixed concrete to residential and commercial construction projects, and road construction sites, within specific time windows as established by the customer and by the truck dispatcher. Compensation Hourly Pay: $28.60-$29.35 Union employer with 40 hours guaranteed weekly Overtime after 8 hours a day New Hire Bonus : Once the new hire completes their probationary period, they will receive $500.00 Referral Bonus : The employee who referred the new hire will receive $400.00 after the new hire has worked 500 hours. The employee who referred the new hire will also receive an additional $600.00 after the new hire works 1,100 hours. Bonuses for safety, attendance, and production.
