We are seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Specialist to help stabilize daily operations, improve order visibility, support warehouse and logistics coordination, and reduce backlog during this transition period. This individual will work heavily inside SAP S/4HANA while partnering closely with planning, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and operations teams to help maintain smooth order flow and operational continuity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Review, update, and maintain open sales, production, and transfer orders within SAP S/4HANAMonitor backlog, aging orders, inventory discrepancies, and unconfirmed demand to improve operational visibilityRun and analyze SAP reports related to order status, stock/requirements, inventory movement, and fulfillment activitySupport daily coordination between planning, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and operations teamsAssist with shipment documentation, order tracking, and warehouse-related transactional support activitiesMaintain Excel trackers and reporting tools to support backlog management and operational accuracySupport SAP data cleanup and post-go-live stabilization activitiesHelp identify process bottlenecks and operational gaps impacting order flow and customer fulfillmentAssist leadership with KPI tracking, reporting visibility, and operational follow-up activitiesProvide flexible operational support across multiple supply chain functions as business needs evolve during the ERP transitionWhat We’re Looking For
