Maintaining the property with the highest level of organizationEnsuring cleaning standards are metKeeping inventory stocked and replenishing as necessaryPerform documented inspections during each walkthrough to communicate property conditions to the Vacation Rental Property Manager while making recommendations for repairs and/or improvements that can be shared with owners.
