AMZ Title LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Title Closer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing residential and/or commercial real estate closings from contract to post-closing while delivering exceptional customer service to clients, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys.
The Title Closer will ensure all closing documents are accurate, deadlines are met, and transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage real estate closing transactions from opening to fundingReview title commitments, payoffs, surveys, HOA estoppels, and lender instructionsPrepare Closing Disclosures (CDs), settlement statements, and closing packagesCommunicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, attorneys, and mortgage brokers throughout the transactionSchedule closings and ensure all parties receive required documentation timelyVerify accuracy of figures, prorations, commissions, taxes, and recording feesObtain signatures and notarize documents when applicableBalance files and ensure funding conditions are satisfied prior to disbursementHandle wire transfers and disbursement of funds in compliance with company policies and regulationsMaintain compliance with state regulations, underwriter guidelines, and company proceduresAssist with post-closing tasks and file organization as neededQualifications
Previous experience as a Title Closer, Escrow Officer, or Real Estate Closing Processor preferredKnowledge of Florida real estate closing procedures and title insurance practicesStrong understanding of Closing Disclosures (CDs) and settlement statementsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience with title software systems preferredNotary Public license preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusBenefits
