    Private Wealth Paralegal

    A prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Private Wealth Paralegal to support attorneys in its Private Wealth practice group. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

    The ideal candidate will have strong experience in estate and trust administration, tax return preparation, and client communication. Candidates must be comfortable working independently while also collaborating across offices and support teams.



    Responsibilities

    Handle complex probate, trust, and estate administration mattersPrepare federal gift and estate tax returns, including 706 and 709 returnsDraft and manage powers of attorney, medical directives, and related estate planning documentsServe as liaison between clients, attorneys, courts, and outside advisorsMaintain organized case and financial records using internal and industry-specific systemsAssist with financial account administration and reportingProvide high-level support to Private Wealth attorneys in DC and NY officesCollaborate with internal technology specialists and cross-office teams as neededDeliver exceptional client service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency



    Qualifications
