We are looking for an experienced and dependable Quality Control team member to join our roofing division. This role is responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, accurate documentation, and smooth jobsite operations.
Position Responsibilities
Monitor roofing projects throughout all phases of installation
Take detailed photo documentation of the roofing process from start to finish while onsite
Verify roofing crews are following company standards and proper installation procedures
Check material deliveries and confirm orders are accurate prior to job start each morning
Identify and report any workmanship or material issues immediately
Communicate with project managers and crews to ensure quality control standards are met
Maintain professionalism and strong attention to detail on every project
Requirements
MUST have roofing experience and roofing knowledge
Strong understanding of roofing systems and installation processes
Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable transportation
Experience with photo documentation and jobsite reporting preferred
Compensation
Starting pay: $25/hour
