Job Description Requirements Allergy Immunology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F 8-5 Pay Rate: $190000.00 - $190000.00 Incoming candidate can expect: Fully functioning allergy clinic Outpatient, no nights/weekends Shots/Biologic patients oversight Volumes: 14-16/day + 50 shots Physician owned group- 4 owners Compensation: $190,000 Base salary + bonus (% of net profit) Year 1-2: 25% Year 3-4: 35% Year 5 beyond: 50% net profit Annual Revenue Bonus years 1-5 if you surpass gross annual revenue 10k relocation allowance 15 PTO days + 5 days for CME ($3,500 annual) Community Highlights: Beaches, parks, water sports, and wildlife galore.
