We are looking for a motivated entry-level Technical Support Specialist who is eager to build a long-term career in IP networking, surveillance systems, and customer support.

What You’ll Do
Assist customers with setup and troubleshooting of IP cameras, NVRs, networking equipment, and remote access systemsHelp customers configure mobile apps, remote viewing, and AI featuresDiagnose networking-related issues involving switches, routers, PoE, IP addressing, bandwidth, and connectivityProvide support by phone, email, and remote screen sharingEscalate advanced technical issues when neededDocument support cases and resolutions clearlyLearn AIBASE products, software platforms, and system design best practicesDeliver a high level of customer care and professionalism during every interactionWhat We’re Looking For
Technical Foundations

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Account Executive to grow and manage B2B accounts within the physical security industry.
This role is focused on developing relationships with:
Security installersSystems integratorsLow-voltage contractorsIT service providersCommercial security dealersThe ideal candidate is energetic, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing both inbound opportunities and outbound business development.
Industry experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong sales ability, technical curiosity, and the right attitude.
What You’ll Do
