This is a field-based driving position. The position requires regular long-distance travel (up to a 150-mile radius), outdoor work in all weather conditions, and daily use of a company-issued smartphone. Drivers must be comfortable operating a variety of vehicle types and able to successfully pass a background check, motor vehicle report (MVR), and drug screen. This role follows a part time, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm schedule. If these expectations do not align with what you are seeking, this position may not be the right fit.

Overview
This is a professional, customer-facing driving role ideal for individuals who value reliability, courtesy, and representing ACERTUS with a commitment to quality. Drivers are entrusted with customer vehicles and are expected to interact with customers and clients in a calm, respectful, and polished manner. The role requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, and consistent adherence to company standards.
No smoking, vaping, eating, or drinking is permitted in customer vehicles or at service locations. A neat, professional appearance is required at all times, including a clean collared shirt, clean pants or shorts, and a well-groomed presentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles to homes, dealerships, auctions, or other assigned locations
• Use a company-issued smartphone (Electronic Condition Report/work cell phone) for assignments, navigation, communication, and documentation
• Work outdoors on vehicle lots and at service locations, including during inclement weather
• Transport vehicles for washing, fueling, inspections, or service and maintenance appointments
• Assist with lot inventory, vehicle staging, and organization
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations
Qualifications
• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Applicants 65+ require additional review and a physician’s letter of insurability (insurance requirement)
• Valid, current driver’s license (DOT or CDL if applicable)
• Ability to successfully pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen

What This Role Looks Like Day to Day
Your day begins at the office with an 8:00am scheduled start time, where you receive assignments and prepare for the day’s routes. Using a company-issued smartphone, you’ll review vehicle details, locations, and directions prior to being dispatched. Your day will begin and end at the local office. Throughout the day, you’ll pick up and deliver customer vehicles to homes, dealerships, auctions, or service locations, sometimes traveling significant distances (up to a 150-mile radius). You may spend extended time on the road and work outdoors on vehicle lots or at service facilities in a variety of weather conditions. Between deliveries, you may transport vehicles for washing, fueling, inspections, or service appointments, and assist with lot organization and vehicle staging as needed. You’ll communicate professionally with dispatch, managers, and customers, ensuring every interaction reflects ACERTUS’s standards. At the end of your shift, you’ll return vehicles, complete required updates using your smartphone, and wrap up assignments after heading home. Each day is structured, active, and customer-facing, with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and reliability.

What You'll DoAs Director of Commercial Growth, you'll lead our Dealer Growth & Strategic Accounts team, driving profitable revenue growth by expanding dealer relationships, increasing share of wallet, improving customer retention, identifying new business opportunities, and partnering with Marketing to elevate the ACERTUS brand and commercial growth strategy.
This is a highly visible leadership role that requires equal parts customer obsession, commercial acumen, operational discipline, and leadership.
Responsibilities include:Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial sales team.Create a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement.Expand relationships within existing dealer groups while identifying new business opportunities.Drive profitable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.Spend meaningful time with customers and prospects to understand their business, strengthen relationships, and uncover new opportunities.Partner with Marketing to develop go to market strategies, strengthen the ACERTUS brand, support customer engagement initiatives, and drive commercial growth.Identify new market opportunities, challenge conventional thinking, and help shape the future direction of ACERTUS' commercial growth strategy.Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Operations, Pricing, Finance, Product, Technology, and executive leadership to develop commercial strategies, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.Analyze business performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.What Success Looks LikeIn this role, you will:

What You'll BringProven success leading high-performing sales or commercial teams.Demonstrated experience growing strategic customer relationships and driving revenue.Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial strategy.Experience coaching, developing, and motivating sales professionals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to travel regularly to meet with customers and prospects.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Experience within transportation, logistics, automotive, fleet management, or another B2B service industry is preferred.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $160,000 – $170,000 annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $25/hr
What will you be doing?
Motivate a staff of professional drivers and other dispatch/operations personnel.Evaluate incoming pick-up and delivery requests and determine driver assignments.Analyze client orders and available driving personnel to plan and execute within client needs and expectations.Maintain and update information in internal systems to ensure proper communication with both internal and external customers.Communicate with personnel or customers to estimate time of delivery or pickups.Coordinate with driving personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.Analyze reports on daily basis and identify areas of improved efficiency.Develop action plans with driving personnel to reduce service failure.Ensure compliance with all FMCSR, State and Local regulations regarding dispatch operations and safe driving operations.Ensures driver maintains and submit receipts for all services performed.Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.Other duties as assigned.What are we looking for?
Minimum 2 years’ experience with Windows computer system and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Great Oral and written communication skills.Decision-making and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize work according to deadlines and client expectations.Excellent time management and attention to detailStrong logistic and geographic skill set.High School Diploma or GED.Prior experience working with transportation software a plus.Personal responsibility to manage change.Benefits
