Valor Specialized Rigging is hiring experienced Millwrights who know how to work around cranes, execute complex picks, and install equipment the right way the first time. This is not a maintenance role, this is field work tied to heavy lifts, tight tolerances, and critical path schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Execute precision setting, alignment, and installation of heavy industrial equipmentWork directly with crane operators and rigging crews during critical lifts and placementsRead and work from rigging plans, lift drawings, and equipment layoutsPerform layout, leveling, and final alignment to specIdentify and solve field issues without slowing down the jobMaintain control of work areas with a strong focus on safety and executionQualifications
3+ years of millwright experience in construction or industrial settingsProven experience working around cranes and heavy rigging operationsStrong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment setting and alignmentAbility to read and interpret prints, rigging plans, and layout drawingsWillingness to travel and work extended hours as requiredOSHA 10/30 preferredCompensation & Benefits
