Position SummaryThe Licensed Plumber will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping to achieve the company’s financial goals; will carry and maintain his/her plumber license per state law; will assist management with training new plumbing apprentices; and will work and drive safely.
While the position requires monthly visits at our headquarters in Naperville, this role is field based and requires regular travel to customer home locations in Chicagoland (Central).
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToTests for gas leaks in existing or new installations. Ability to interpret drawings and layouts from mechanical drawings. Provide emergency repairs to leaking, loose, clogged, or plumbing components in disrepair. Duties to include, but not limited to, all types of plumbing repairs, minor steam line repairs and re-routing, natural gas pipe repairs and re-routing, storm and sewage line maintenance and repairs and preventative maintenance. Perform plumbing repairs and plumbing upgrades that include sinks, faucets, radiator valves, and traps, toilets, bathtubs, drain lines, water supply lines, and natural gas line risers. Installs and maintains appliances such as hot water heaters, pumps, sump, and sewage pumps and ejectors. Requisitions materials and supplies using in-house procedures as needed. Continuously provide the customer with the highest levels of customer service. Use good time management to make effective use of travel. Position Summary: The Marketing Operations Senior Manager is an individual contributor responsible for translating marketing campaign strategy into precise, data‑driven direct mail execution. This role partners closely with Performance Marketing, Data Science, and Analytics teams to ensure accurate record allocation, rigorous validation, and strong test integrity across markets, segments, and campaign touchpoints. The position plays a critical role in ensuring campaign effectiveness by applying advanced analytics, segmentation logic, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and experienced in managing complex direct mail campaigns and test‑and‑learn initiatives.
This role is located at our headquarters in Naperville, IL. Our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Own end‑to‑end data execution for direct mail campaigns and serve as a backup to the Director of Marketing Operations.Document and maintain operational and data requirements for direct mail campaigns, including new markets, products, suppressions, tests, and mail file elementsTranslate campaign strategy and business requirements into actionable mail file execution across markets and segments.Allocate records using market‑level targets, volume expectations, test designs, and segmentation criteria.Leverage model outputs, segmentation, and scoring logic to support precise and consistent targeting.Develop, maintain, and communicate Mail Configuration documentation used as formal inputs for record selection.Build and update mail configuration files, segmentation codes, and schemas by campaign and touchpoint.Validate record selection throughout the process to ensure accuracy and expected distribution.Perform quality assurance checks to ensure proportional distribution across test and control groups, segments, model scores, and markets.Maintain test integrity by reconciling planned versus actual selections and documenting outcomes.Update campaign documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and alignment with business intent.We're Excited if This is YouExperience and Qualifications of the Role:5+ years of experience building, auditing, and troubleshooting complex spreadsheets and standardized reporting models.Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with the ability to assess discrepancies and determine acceptable variance.Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business context for cross‑functional partners.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools (Looker preferred).SQL skills preferred for querying and validating data.Direct mail marketing experience required.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
