This position is responsible for executing business plan objectives that involve organization change management, improving customer service experience and enhancing associate engagement. More specifically, the position adds value to the organization by partnering with key stakeholders to execute and identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation, completing project objectives, and influencing product prioritization.
