Join our dynamic team at a leading designer and manufacturer of boat and watercraft lift systems and accessories. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Office Admin/Accounting Clerk to support our growing operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and accounting-related tasks, including:
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Providing general office support, such as answering phones, filing, and organizing documents
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
To be successful in this position, you should have:
- Strong proficiency in accounting, including accounts payable and receivable
- Excellent clerical and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
This is a temporary position with a target start date of July 13, 2026. The hourly pay rate for this role is $17 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
