We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Labeling Line Assistant to join our production kitchen team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided. Experience in manufacturing environments and/or equipment maintenance is a major plus. We are a small, dedicated team looking for someone who is eager to jump in, lend a hand wherever needed, and take pride in helping us create exceptional products. Responsibilities: Train under the Lead Label Operator to assist with labeling and packaging products to company standards. Monitor and record quality and safety information accurately. Help fulfill the daily production schedule efficiently and consistently. Maintain a clean, organized labeling area throughout each shift. Follow all departmental rules, procedures, and quality standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to stand for long periods (up to four hours at a time) and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong focus, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions carefully. Team-oriented mindset willing to step up and help wherever needed. Manufacturing and/or equipment maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
