This position wears many hats — service foreman, reroof foreman, and field leader. We are looking for a highly skilled roofing professional who can supervise crews, manage quality, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Required ExperienceMinimum 7+ years of roofing experience
Experience in all major roofing systems, including:
Shingle
Tile
Foam
Metal
Walk decks
Strong knowledge of service repairs and full reroof projects
Ability to troubleshoot roofing issues in the field
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead roofing crews in the field
Oversee both service and reroof projects
Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and quality standards
Manage job schedules, materials, and labor coordination
Serve as a professional point of contact for customers
Train and mentor crew members
Maintain organized and efficient job sites
RequirementsValid Arizona driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
