Location: Columbia, MD Company: ARC Document Solutions Shift: Mon-Fri, 3:30pm to 12:00am Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $56,000 annually Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Document Scanning ARC Document Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift team in executing paper-to-digital conversion projects. You'll oversee production activities, ensure quality control, meet deadlines, and optimize labor efficiency - all while contributing to monthly profitability reviews. Key Responsibilities: * Follow directions from the AIM Center manager, plan and direct production activities and establish priorities for customer projects in keeping with effective operations and cost factors. * Confer with management to establish production and quality control standards and procedures. * Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and operating or production problems. * Revise production schedules and clarify priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems. * Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues. * Coordinate shift transitions with the night manager and assigned departments. * Review production schedules and estimate employee hour requirements for job completion. * Monitor records, and report inventory. * Perform hands-on tasks when needed. * Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
