Position Summary:
We are seeking caring and dependable Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals, participating in their communities, and living meaningful lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication remindersSupport individuals in community activities, employment, or recreational programsPromote independence, choice, and self-advocacyDocument services provided according to agency and state requirementsEnsure a safe, respectful, and supportive environmentQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Preferred but not required:

Job description
Flexible Schedules (Create your Own).Traveling to a patients home to administer services.Helping patients maintain their independence.Pediatric, trach, vent, labs training offered.Administering at-home IVsChanging dressings and cleaning wounds.Updating doctors about patients health.Providing medical care to patients with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and injuries.Performing wound care, medication management, and disease management.Writing reports and communicating with the doctor after each visit.Full time, part time and PRN schedules available.Work in Close Proximity to your home.Additional Information
Clinical and Operational on-call to support in home field nurses.Requirements
Current Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.Current BLS card.One year prior Nurse (RN) experience preferred.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (RN)
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (LPN)
Expected hours: 10 25 per week
