About the Position:
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the production, inspection and packaging of every great product that leaves our facility. You will make retail storage and janitorial products that you and your neighbors rely on every day.
Available Shifts:
Nights: 7pm – 7am
Duties & Expectations on the Job:
Run a safe, clean operation which promotes zero accidents.Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.Maintain product specifications and packing according to customer requests.Trim, assemble and pack parts.Supply the lines and packing/stage areas with required materials.Rotate presses every 2 to 3 hours.Work all scheduled shifts. Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.What you will enjoy:

About the Position: As a Tool Technician, you will play a vital role in the production every great product that leaves our facility. Set and repairing the molds in our machines ensure our production goals our meeting timely.

· Will be pulling and setting molds into press for production runs.
· Will be pulling and resetting molds for repairs.
· Moving and setting secondary equipment.
· Use of basic hand tools.
· Become forklift certified.

We are searching for a Replenishment Manager residing in Northwest Arkansas working remotely. This position will report to the VP- Sales Mass - Clubs.
The Sr. Replenishment Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal product availability by managing orders, inventory, and forecasts while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. This role requires complete ownership of replenishment activities, initiative in problem-solving, identifying risks and opportunities, and making proactive forecast and order recommendations.
Requirements:Responsibilities
Inventory Management and Replenishment:
• Own relationship with replenishment and transportation teams at assigned retailer(s)
• Continuous GRS order vs. Forecast vs. Sales tracking and escalation
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure products are stocked appropriately to meet demand.
• Forecasting future inventory needs based on historical sales data, promotional activities, and seasonal trends.
• Collaborating with operations teams to coordinate timely replenishment of stock.
• Optimizing inventory turnover and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
• Proactively work with both internal and external team to build inventory for key promotional time frames
• Monitor OTIF and provide regular updates with back up data to retailer partners
Demand Planning:
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to forecast demand for various products.
• Maintain demand planning models to anticipate future sales volumes.
• Assist in adjusting forecasts based on market trends, promotions, and other factors influencing consumer behavior.
Process Improvement:
• Identifying areas for process improvement within replenishment functions.
• Ensure compliance with retailer guidelines and regulations, and proactively mitigate risks related to inventory management and replenishment.
• Continuously monitoring performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.
• Think creatively and strategically to resolve issues before they impact performance.
Reporting & Analytics
• Pull and analyze Nova reports for Walmart and Sam’s Club in Power BI.
• Prepare and deliver weekly order recaps (need vs. actual) and in stock tracker reports.
• Lead weekly production call meetings and provide updates on presentation quantities.
• Manage and present OTIF reports (monthly external and weekly internal).
• Maintain Power BI open order reports and submit cancellations as needed.
• Deliver GDR Forecast vs. Sales slides and analysis.
Requirements
• Four-year undergraduate degree
• 3-5 years’ experience with a CPG, 3rd party Representative, Walmart/Sam’s Club
• Advanced analytical skills and computer software proficiency (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Proven record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of using data-driven insights to improve supply chain performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design with a practical understanding of injection molding processes and tooling.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research analyzing product usage and customer needs to develop initial design concepts and use cases.
• Support the company’s product roadmap creation and innovation funnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and quality to bring designs to life.
• Develop concepts by creating sketches, renderings, and 3D models using CAD software to communicate and explore different design options.
• Participate in story boarding and prototype development.
• Conduct concept reviews and implement revisions based on feedback and testing outcomes.
• Support customer design requirements, including translating sketches or concepts into manufacturable solutions.
• Create and present design concepts internally and to customers, gathering feedback and iterating on designs based on their input and testing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of design iterations, specifications, and engineering changes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial design engineering, preferably in injection molding or plastic product manufacturing.
