Position SummaryThe Packout Technician is responsible for packing, photographing, inventorying, cleaning, and moving customer contents affected by water, fire, mold, or other damages. The Packout Project Manager / Field Foreman is responsible for managing and executing all residential and commercial packout services from start to finish. This role is hands-on and labor-intensive, requiring active participation in packing, moving, lifting, loading, and unloading customer contents while leading a team of packout technicians in the field.
This is not a supervisory-only role. The Packout Project Manager / Field Foreman is expected to work in the field daily and lead by example while managing job execution, documentation, and crew performance.
