    We are seeking a locally rooted, community-driven Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership across Concord, CA and surrounding Bay Area and Central Coast counties. This role is ideal for someone who understands the diversity of urban, suburban, and coastal markets, values face-to-face relationship building, and enjoys being a visible, trusted presence in the communities they serve. Through consistent local engagement and consultative selling, you will build a strong sales pipeline that supports both territory growth and long-term customer relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    Drive Local Impact: Sales Manager spends approximately 90% of your time in the field throughout Concord and surrounding counties, meeting people where they live and work. You will engage local businesses (70% B2B focus) including healthcare providers, technology firms, construction companies, logistics operations, and small-to-mid-sized employers, as well as individual consumers (30% B2C focus), educating them on the value of AMCN membership in high-density and high-mobility regions.Develop Relationships: Identify and cultivate new leads through in-person outreach, cold calling, referrals, employer visits, neighborhood canvassing, community events, chamber of commerce activities, health fairs, first responder partnerships, and professional networking opportunities common across the Bay Area and surrounding counties.Sales Process Management: Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, using a consultative and educational approach that connects AMCN's services to the real-world needs of families, commuters, remote workers, and business owners across the region.Champion with Purpose: Represent AMCN as a trusted local advisor by attending community and business events and building long-term relationships with civic groups, employers, healthcare-related organizations, and local partners to strengthen brand awareness and credibility throughout the territory.

    Qualifications:

    Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Comfort with frequent regional travel in urban, suburban, and surrounding outlying areas is essential.Sales Expertise: 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions-based field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred. Experience selling in competitive, relationship-driven, or high-density markets is a strong plus.Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services, preferred.
