    The Role


    We are seeking an experienced and dependable, Forklift Operatorto join our team at our remanufacturing facility in Bryan, Texas.



    Applicants must have experience moving bundles of lumber or similar products to qualify.


    What Youll Do


    This role is responsible for operating a forklift to load and unload bundles of lumber. This will include transporting lumber into the plant and setting it in designated pre-staging areas, assisting with monthly inventory counts, forklift inspection, and other duties as assigned by management


    This position reports to the Shipping Manager and works closely with operations to support production goals.

    The Role


    We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Industrial Maintenance Millwright to join our team at our remanufacturing facility in Tarrant, Alabama.


    This role is responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment within a manufacturing environment. The Industrial Maintenance Millwright plays a critical role in ensuring machinery uptime, operational efficiency, and workplace safety through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.


    This position reports to plant leadership and works closely with operations and maintenance teams to support production goals.


    What Youll Do


    Maintenance & Equipment Support

    Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and manufacturing equipmentSet up controls and adjust settings for machinery to ensure optimal performanceObserve machine operations and troubleshoot malfunctions or defectsPerform daily preventive maintenance on machines and auxiliary equipmentUtilize tools including wrenches and other millwright equipment

    Technical Execution

    Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprintsMaintain and troubleshoot systems including:Bearings, belts, conveyors, motors, and drivesSensors, pneumatics, and hydraulicsLighting and electrical controlsDC-powered lifts and PLC systemsApply knowledge of electrical principles (AC/DC, 480V, 3-phase systems)Perform industrial threading and apply proper lubrication techniques

    Safety & Compliance

    Conduct routine safety checks to ensure all guarding and safety devices are operationalFollow all safety policies, procedures, and standard operating practicesMaintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipmentEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards

    Quality & Performance

    Perform quality checks using gauges, precision measuring devices, and visual inspectionDocument results where applicableSupport production by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability


    Who You Are


    Education & Experience

    Experience in industrial maintenance, millwright work, or similar manufacturing roles preferredWelding experience is a plus

    Skills & Competencies

    Strong mechanical and electrical aptitudeAbility to troubleshoot and solve equipment issues effectivelySelfmotivated, dependable, and detailorientedStrong commitment to safety and operational excellenceAbility to read and understand written and verbal instructions

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of at least 25 poundsCapable of standing for extended periods and frequent walkingComfortable working in a moderate to high activity manufacturing environment
