    What you’re responsible for:

    You will safely operating a crane to lift, move, and position metal materials within the facilityYou will be lifting and transporting metal materials using attachments such as magnets or grapples, and safely place them in designated areas or processing equipmentYou will be loading and unloading trucks and containers, ensuring proper weight distribution and load securityYou will be collaborating and communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnelYou will be conducting pre and post inspections of the crane, including overall crane maintenanceYou may be asked to operator the following heavy equipment: Crane, Shear, LoaderQualifications

    The Mobile Grader responsible for safely operating equipment while inspecting, sorting, and grading scrap metal to ensure materials are properly classified and yard operations run efficiently.

    What you're responsible for:

    Inspecting, identifying, and grading ferrous and non-ferrous scrap materials according to company standards.Operating mobile equipment safely to move, sort, and stockpile materials throughout the yard.Verifying incoming and outgoing materials for quality, contamination, and proper classification.Communicating with scale operators, yard personnel, drivers, and management regarding material grades and load acceptance.Assisting customers and drivers by directing them to the appropriate unloading areas.Maintaining accurate records of graded materials and reporting discrepancies when necessary.Monitoring inventory and assisting with material organization to maximize efficiency and safety.Performing routine equipment inspections and reporting maintenance or safety concerns.Following all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and operational procedures.Performing all other related duties as assigned.Qualifications

    Job Description

    Reporting to the Human Resources Director or to the Human Resources Business Partner, the person will work closely with the human resources team and may be required to support national human resources processes and initiatives. The person will act as a support to the human resources team for recruitment mandates, support to the advisory group and on various projects.

    This role delivers freight safely, accurately, and on schedule to support daily operations at our Phoenix site. CDL A Drivers operate equipment, follow all safety and DOT requirements, and provide reliable, professional service on every route.

    What you’re responsible for: 

    Performing pre‑ and post‑trip equipment inspections.Reporting unsafe conditions, service issues, hazards, incidents, and damages to dispatch.Maintaining equipment in a safe, reliable operating condition.Completing roll‑off or end‑dump hauling assignments as scheduled.Communicating customer requests and route updates with dispatch.Submitting required work orders and driver logs accurately and on time.Qualifications

    To join our team: 

    You have a valid Class A license with no restrictions and a current DOT Medical Certification.You have at least 3 years of CDL driving experience and a clean driving record.You are able to read, understand, and complete instructions, correspondence, schedules, and basic written documentation.You have basic math skills and the ability to apply practical problem‑solving on the job.You are physically able to meet required vision standards and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.You are capable of performing physical inspections and handling equipment needed for those inspections.

    We are seeking a skilled and professional CDL-A Driver to join our Transportation team starting at 6:00am, Monday-Friday. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of metal materials to and from client sites and other AIM facilities. 

    What you’re responsible for:

    Operating a Class A commercial vehicle to transport metal materials to and from designated locations, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies Safely loading and unloading metal materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment and secure the load to prevent shifting or damage during transit Local runs, with opportunities for out of state runs depending on qualification and availabilityPerforming manual tarping if necessary Performing routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, ensuring that it is in good working condition Completing accurate and thorough records of deliveries and any other required documentation Qualifications

    You have a valid CDL A driver's license with a clean MVR and MedicalYou have experience driving 18 speed manual transmission (required) You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an CDL-A Driver You have experience with flatbed, roll-off, lugger, or open top trailerYou are physically fit and able to hand tarp 40 and 53yd bins You are familiar with metal recycling processes and materials (an asset) You can perform loading and unloading activities as required
