    Inside Sales Specialist

    The Inside Sales Specialist position plays a pivotal role in driving our business growth strategy at American First Finance. As the primary and most consistent point of contact for our vendors, Inside Sales Specialists are essential in building and strengthening these relationships. This role is critical in turning a "warm" lead into a red-hot opportunity, cultivating trust and confidence in our partnerships with vendors and serves as the go-to expert for the vendor experience, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional support.

    Essential Job Duties:

    Own Your Pipeline: Make 75-95 outbound calls daily to grow your merchant relationships.Close Deals: Empower vendors to achieve business success by leveraging the comprehensive suite of tools and resources offered by American First Finance.Be the Go-To Expert: Manage your book of business, ensure merchant success, and help them achieve their KPIs.Stay Sharp: Participate in training, deepen your product knowledge, and exceed your sales goals.Relationship Builder: Your passion for creating connections and driving results sets you apart.Work as a team: We value an in-person, in the work environment in which we can work together, as a team!

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Proven Sales Experience: At least one year of inside sales or phone sales experienceyou must know how to pick up the phone, engage, and close the deal.Consistency is a must: We are looking for business professionals with a consistent work history, verifiable on their resume.Ability to perform basic math calculations proficientlyAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentComputer literate and able to operate common office machines.Minimum Age: 18 years oldHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experienceBilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!

    FirstCash has more than 3,000 total pawn stores in the U.S. and Latin America, including all states in Mexico and the countries of Guatemala, Colombia and El Salvador, which sell a wide variety of jewelry, electronics, tools, appliances, sporting goods, musical instruments and other merchandise, and that make small non-recourse pawn loans secured by pledged personal property.

    FirstCash, through its wholly owned subsidiary, AFF, also provides and services retail installment sales contracts, lease purchase agreements, and bank loans for a variety of consumer goods and services through a nationwide network of over 13,000 active retail merchant partner locations.
