About the Company:American Engineering is actively seeking Senior Project Manager Civil Engineers specialized in Land Development in our Raleigh, NC office who are eager to be part of a growing engineering firm.As part of American Engineering, individuals will play a critical role within the design teams, creating solutions for projects within the Land Development and / or Water Resources sectors. A successful candidate will be responsible for creating the design and development of a variety of civil engineering and land planning projects, budgeting and financial responsibilities of a project, delegation of skills among team members, and full project oversight.Requirements:A bachelor's degree in civil engineering.Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience with AutoCAD and CAD / Civil 3D, project management, and budgeting.PE required.Leadership skills.Strong working knowledge in Civil drafting road plans, commercial site plans, and residential subdivisions.Ability to communicate effectively both written and spoken.Experience with grading, drainage and stormwater management design, and erosion and sediment control a PLUS.Eager to learn and grow as an individual.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong attention to detail.Comfortable working on-site in an office setting.Willing to relocate or commute to Raleigh.Additional InformationFor more than 50 years, American Engineering has been delivering solutions with our clients in mind.
