What You'll Do
Recruit skilled manufacturing professionals including: Welders Fabricators CNC Machinists Laser Operators Press Brake Operators Maintenance Technicians Production Supervisors Manufacturing Engineers Office and support personnel Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and community partnerships. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting plans. Conduct phone screens and interviews. Coordinate onsite interviews and manage the hiring process from application through onboarding. Build relationships with technical colleges, apprenticeship programs, veterans' organizations, and workforce development groups. Represent ACMF at job fairs, career events, and community recruiting activities. Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring processes. Help strengthen our employment brand within Northeast Wisconsin.What We're Looking For
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or skilled trades. Demonstrated success recruiting welders, fabricators, machinists, production employees, or industrial professionals. Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Excellent communication and follow-through. Ability to work closely with operations and production leadership.Preferred Qualifications

Perform essential job functions and assist Shipping and Receiving Team Leader. Support the shipment of goods produced & received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production of goods destined for sale to our Customer base.
Summary of essential Job functions:
- Prepare pallets or package product for shipping
- Keep all pallets ready for shipping organized utilizing racking system and floor area
- Listing PO# and Customer names on prepared pallets and getting pack list from Team Leader/shipping office
- Unload any deliveries from vendor vehicles
- Load deliveries to vendors, when no other Shipping and Receiving Associate is available
- When asked, or if the Shipping and Receiving Team Leader is not present, assist the Shipping Lead in the office with getting PO’s and shipments entered
- Pick up of product for ACMF/AMF from its affiliated vendors
- Make customer or vendor deliveries when necessary
- Assume the role of Shipping Floor Lead #1 when they are not present or able to complete a task.
Summary of secondary Job functions:
- Checking in PO’s deliveries against PO pack slips and the delivering of those products to correct department
- Assisting the Shipping and Receiving Team Leader with updating of the Vehicle and Shipping boards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications required:
- Class A CDL required
- High School Diploma or equivalent education experience
- Fork lift operation experience
- Good understanding of shipping and receiving processes within the manufacturing environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, self motivated, able to work as a part of a Team with a positive attitude
- Some computer skills
- Ability to bend, push/pull and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Summary:
This position operates various pieces of equipment to fabricate materials per customer specifications in conjunction with quality requirements, safety standards and manufacturing philosophies within a team environment. Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.
Summary of essential Job functions:
Works from and interprets fairly complicated sketches, drawings, blueprints, routings, product specifications Produce high quality product of superb craftsmanship Create custom fabrications made from Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Mild Steel for commercial and industrial clientele On-time delivery of fabricated metal products Production of products consistent with quality standards established Work with a heightened level of focus on SAFETYQualifications required:
High school diploma or equivalency 4 Years past experience in Metal Fabrication Industry Relevant Experience Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set-up parameters (amps, volts, etc) Strong skills in Welding both MIG and TIG Motivated and ability to Learn Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and interpret shop and design drawings Layout and Measure Knowledge of hand tools Grinding and detailed finishing Cutting, Sawing and Bending skills Industrial Forklift Operation Crane Operation A Technical Degree is preferred Ability to do detailed work with a high degree of accuracy Must be self-motivated, and possess the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, with a positive attitude.
