This role is currently based in Irving, TX and is not open to remote applicants; however, employees will work a hybrid schedule of in-office work and working from home, with hybrid schedule approval based on department/management needs.
The Emergency Medical Data Institute (EMDI) Account Manager is responsible for managing accounts for between 30 – 60 customers (depending on complexity/size of accounts) through proactive risk management, problem-solving, and assisting customers in all steps of the account process. This includes but is not limited to onboarding (from customer application to contract completion), end-to-end implementation and customer support, resolving inquiries, data entry, project management, conducting information sessions, escalating customer issues as required, and improving operating processes in collaboration with other EMDI staff.

At a minimum, a bachelor’s degree - preferred master’s in health services, statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health policy, or a related field. Relevant experience in progressive account management roles may be considered in lieu of a master’s degree.Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare software implementation, clinical data systems, and project status reporting.Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite.Ability to travel as required.Other desired qualifications include both written and oral communication skills, experience handling customer concerns and determining when escalation is necessary, ability to prioritize tasks, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

The Grant Manager is responsible for managing corporate grants and related projects for the Business Development department. This includes but is not limited to monitoring compliance requirements, developing proposal narratives and budgets, managing supporter funded educational tools, and assisting with the execution of Emergency Medicine Foundation grants.
We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in supporting the development of educational/training products, meeting coordination, contract award monitoring, creation of reports and budget forecasts, grant proposal development, and general administrative support for grant projects.
