Job Summary:
The Automation Technician supports the design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems for automated machinery and equipment in a battery manufacturing environment. This role focuses on fault recovery, pneumatic systems, robotics, and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)‑based controls to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime. The Automation Technician collaborates with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to implement improvements and support new product introductions.
Responsibilities:
Rapidly diagnose and recover from equipment faults to minimize downtime.Troubleshoot and repair Allen Bradley PLCs, Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), sensors, and control hardware.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.Maintain and troubleshoot electrical system components, sensors, drives, motors, contactors, safely utilizing proper tools and equipment.Interpret electrical schematics and support system upgrades safely.Interact with Information Technology (IT) department as needed to maintain production uptime.Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic components including valves, actuators, and air handling systems.Interpret pneumatic schematics and support system upgrades.The ability to connect and troubleshoot Keyence and Cognex vision applications.Operate and maintain Fanuc robots, including fault recovery and basic programming.Support robot manipulation and teach pendant operations.Program Allen Bradley PLCs and other control devices under engineering guidance.Monitor and troubleshoot HMI settings to support production needs.Support barcode system troubleshooting and maintenance for both Keyence and Cognex systems.Participate in equipment installations, capability studies, and validation of new or modified processes.Identify and implement improvement projects focused on cost reduction and efficiency.Ensure equipment meets applicable electrical and safety standards.Participate in work instruction reviews.Provide technical support to production operators and maintenance teams.Support off‑shift work when required.Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.Adhere to federal and state regulations.Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Controls Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience in controls, automation, and/or Fanuc robots.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in controls or automation within a manufacturing environment.Proficient in Allen Bradley PLCs (RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000), Fanuc robots, and pneumatic systems.Working knowledge of HMI interfaces, Keyence sensors/cameras, SQL databases, and MES platforms.Ability to troubleshoot and maintain basic automation networking systems. Basic skills in maintaining and troubleshooting lineside printers.Fundamental understanding of Three‑Dimensional (3D) modeling and implementation.Willingness to learn and apply MES concepts and SQL Server database implementation and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical and machine control cabinet layouts.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Experience with Technical Specification (TS) 16949 and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001 standards is preferred.Competent in Microsoft Office applications.Key Competencies

Job Summary:
The Manager, Supplier Quality, is responsible for ensuring that the materials and components supplied by suppliers meet American Battery Solutions (“ABS”) quality standards. The Manager, Supplier Quality manages a team of quality engineers to oversee quality audits, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective action and permanent solutions to prevent recurrence. This role develops partnerships with suppliers and drives continuous improvement initiatives such as lean and Six Sigma to improve their performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead supplier quality engineering team to complete audits on components to ensure compliance with ABS quality standards.Drive resolution of quality issues with suppliers identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions and establishing permanent corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.Develop and implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes with suppliers to ensure smooth transition from design to production.Drive problem solving activities including supplier sorting, third party sorting at ABS site or off site and ensuring timely RMA of the suspect material back to the supplier without negative impact to the ABS production.Train and coach suppliers and quality team on tools to improve performance such as lean, Six Sigma, 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA.Develop and maintain supplier performance management systems including supplier metrics, and scorecards to use data to drive improvements. Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Logistics oversees all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory management, and production line support for the Springboro plant, Sharonville warehouse and third-party warehouses. This role leads a team and manages third-party providers to ensure customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The position is accountable for driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and maintaining accurate inventory across multiple locations in alignment with American Battery Solutions (ABS) policies and global supply chain requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provide operational expertise in the logistics areas of in-bound receiving, out-bound order fulfillment and shipping, and warehousing and inventory control.Define actionable metrics/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), data, and insights to meet and improve service performance.Leverage and apply technical knowledge and industry trends to provide ongoing process improvement and develop process continuous improvement opportunities.Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, resolving issues tactfully under pressure. Use Plex ERP and third-party WMS systems to manage ABS materials and inventory.Oversee receipt of raw materials and customer returns, ensuring proper documentation and handling. Schedule and prioritize deliveries, resolving issues promptly.Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, labeling, and ERP entry of materials; coordinate quality releases and manage damaged goods. Ensure proper storage and accurate inventory recording across all locations.Maintain compliance with ABS inventory policies, directives, and programs for inventory, including First in, First Out (FIFO).Perform cycle counts to meet ABS KPIs.Support development, establishment and maintenance of master data in relation to acknowledging the order, producing orders, ordering parts, and shipping material to meet customer demands in a global supply chain.Coordinate shipments between plants, warehouses, and customer locations globally. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all shipping documents, including packing lists and Bill of Lading (BOL), with legal standards and ABS directives. Communicate and enforce Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) rules and regulations.Collaborate with appropriate departments to plan work center capacity requirements based on the order profile and to schedule/release customer orders into the appropriate work center.Ensure timely material replenishment and inventory movements between warehouse and production lines.Manage and refine e-kanban system for production line replenishment. The SQE is responsible for ensuring the Supplier Quality Management System status is developed to supply ABS with high-quality components. In the event there are non-conformances, this role will quickly and effectively take necessary actions to partner with the supplier to identify root-cause analysis and resolve the problem. The Senior SQE drives overall component quality improvements and coaches ABS teams on product and process improvements to ensure effective manufacturing processes throughput.
Responsibilities

The HV Process Technician is responsible for hands-on assembly, debugging, verification and maintaining all manufacturing process equipment and systems.

Responsibilities
Hands-on individual contributor role responsible for the successful assembly and building of products to meet customer requirements and expectations.Perform basic, routine manufacturing process operations such as monitoring of dispensing of raw materials, line clearances, basic analytics.Maintain machine uptime, perform any fault clearing and clear stoppages on automated equipment.Troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for mechanical errors, safety issues or general operating inefficiencies within the production processes.Use human machine interfaces (HMIs) to identify alarms and correct line stoppages.Report issues encountered to the Manufacturing supervisor to eliminate future production problems. Support incoming inspection, autopsy activities, and production control operations.Support production line First time quality yield by accurately reporting quality issues to management to drive action with key functional internal and/ or external stakeholders.Inspect, evaluate, and provide disposition of components used in the production of electromechanical products.Support quality requirements for components to ensure correct parts are received and verified for product quality.Obtain detailed print specifications from internal customers.Support the development of the inspection methods and ensure compliance with product specifications.Review product inspection history to make future inspection decisions.Communicate with quality engineers regarding quality requirements.Participate in Material Review board (MRB) & Nonconformance Report (NCR) meetings to support a resolution of supplier quality issues.Send Quality reports to Purchasing and internal customers as required.Work with purchasing to replace defective components.Maintain a safe and clean working environment.Adhere to federal and state regulations.Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.Predictable and reliable attendance.Position Qualifications

Responsibilities
