The Production Operator will work in a team production-based setting to assemble and produce products to meet customer requirements and expectations. The Production Operator is charged with assisting operations in the launch and assembly of new products.

Job Summary
The HV Process Technician is responsible for hands-on assembly, debugging, verification and maintaining all manufacturing process equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
Hands-on individual contributor role responsible for the successful assembly and building of products to meet customer requirements and expectations.Perform basic, routine manufacturing process operations such as monitoring of dispensing of raw materials, line clearances, basic analytics.Maintain machine uptime, perform any fault clearing and clear stoppages on automated equipment.Troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for mechanical errors, safety issues or general operating inefficiencies within the production processes.Use human machine interfaces (HMIs) to identify alarms and correct line stoppages.Report issues encountered to the Manufacturing supervisor to eliminate future production problems. Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for leading and assisting with all maintenance activities while supporting manufacturing, assembly, and facility operations to meet customer requirements.

Job Summary:
The Supplier Quality Specialist (SQS) is a hands-on position focused on the American Battery Solutions (ABS) supplier management and problem-solving support for production components. The SQS is responsible for ensuring the supplier deliverables meet ABS quality requirements without impacting the production process. In the event there are non-conformances, this role will quickly and effectively take necessary actions to partner with suppliers to identify root-cause analysis and resolve.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supplier performance via Supplier Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) reviews and approvals.Contact vendors and liaise between product engineers, manufacturing personnel, and suppliers to secure the required materials for the production floor.Onsite supplier evaluations and reviews of supplier’s processes against quality standards.Develop, collect and report leading metrics of supplier performance to cross-functional management.Apply Industrial Engineering concepts and tools to drive safety, accuracy, and productivity within the supply chain and company.Provide technical support analyzing and/or performing failure analysis for discrepant production components, assemblies, and field returns. Apply appropriate use of statistical techniques. Lead and evaluate the effectiveness of supplier problem-solving activities.Conduct supplier quality control audits to ensure vendors and their supplies remain in compliance with company and federal manufacturing and production standards.Able to gain the commitment of both internal departments and supplier organizations to remedy non-conforming practices while maintaining positive and productive working relationships.Understand and interpret all manufacturing audits, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other industry standards.Verify bills of material (BOMs), assembly drawings, engineering tolerances, and other technical information.Document changes and deviations such as product, process, or supplier, as part of the Change Management process. Ensure suppliers implement the following but not limited to, critical destructive and non-destructive quality assurance testing, weld evaluation, coating adhesion, and torque verification.Lead problem solving initiatives to ensure adequate and timely resolutions of quality nonconformances.Process checks, approvals, and audits. Adhere to federal and state regulations.Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. Predictable and reliable attendance.Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or minimum of four (4) years of related experience in purchasing and supplier management.Ability to compute statistics such as mean, mode, average, rate, ratio, and percentage.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. ERP system software knowledge is a plus.Ability to conduct root cause analysis (specifically 8D methodology, 3X5-Why, and Fishbone Methodology ) and drive resolve through completion. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation, IATF 16949, APQP procedures and Quality Management Systems.Previous audit experience preferred.Key Competencies:
