This is a full-time, 100% in-person position in Lakewood, CO, reporting directly to the leadership team. You will utilize your mechanical aptitude to review repair shop diagnostics, cross-reference labor guides (like AllData or Mitchell), verify warranty coverage details, and authorize claims fairly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Adjudicate Claims: Review, negotiate, and authorize mechanical repair claims submitted by automotive dealerships and independent repair facilities.Mechanical Validation: Analyze technician diagnostics, part failure descriptions, and repair estimates to determine coverage based on contract terms.Cost Analysis: Use standard industry labor guides and parts pricing resources to verify that repair quotes match fair market standards.B2B Consultation: Communicate professionally over the phone and via email with shop service advisors, technicians, and parts managers.Data Logging: Document claim details accurately, update spreadsheets, and process approvals or denials efficiently in our internal systems.Requirements & Qualifications
