Position Summary:
As a Quality Technician, you will conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
Document audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions according to established procedures and protocols. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and training to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:

Required Skills:
Proficient in setting up and operating manual lathes, milling machines, and other machining equipment.Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality workmanship.Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.Ability to work overtime as needed.
