    Position Summary:

    As a Quality Technician, you will conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Document audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions according to established procedures and protocols. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and training to support continuous improvement initiatives.

    Required Skills:

    Ability to work safely and follow safety procedures.Ability to proficiently read measuring equipment.Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to work overtime as needed.

    Experience:

    Two years of experience as a quality technician in a manufacturing environment.

    Work Environment:

    Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.Ability to lift move material or parts that weigh up to 50 pounds.

    Required Skills:

    Ability to work safely and follow safety procedures.Ability to perform minor machine maintenance as needed.Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality workmanship.Follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work overtime as needed.

    Experience Required:

    Minimum of one year of experience in CNC machining.

    Required Skills:

    As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining equipment to operate in the safest and most productive condition, troubleshooting, monitoring, adjusting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery throughout AAE.

    The following are the essential job functions:

    Work with electrical motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.Repair, install, adjust, modify, and service all equipment.Evaluate equipment reliability and take actions to improve performance.

    Required Skills:

    Knowledge of heavy machinery safety (LOTO)Minimum of three years of experience in industrial maintenance.Skilled and experienced in the areas of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, basic welding and Rigging.Ability to use a programmable logic controller (PLC) for troubleshooting purposes.Complete work orders in a safe manner.Perform preventative maintenance.Ability to learn our manufacturing processes.

    The truck driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in good condition. Your role will be vital in providing timely and professional services, significantly contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Operate a truck or tractor-trailer safely and efficiently to deliver goods to designated locations.Plan routes and meet delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries.Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment and techniques to avoid damage. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations. Report any issues and maintenance needs promptly.
