Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Euclid, OH. In this role, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients aged 2 and older. Responsibilities include conducting exams and health assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, developing care plans, prescribing medications, educating patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a valid Ohio Nurse Practitioner license, Family Nurse Practitioner certification, and preferably 2+ years of clinical experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
