Location: Pennsylvania Schedule: Tue 11 7, Thu 11 4, Fri 7 3 (19.5 hrs/week) Contract: 14 weeks with strong likelihood of extension Start Date: April 28, 2026
About the RoleJoin a primary care clinic serving employees and dependents (ages 3+) of a manufacturing facility. This is a non fee for service environment that allows you to focus on high quality, relationship based care. You will function as the on site provider, supported by a collaborative care team.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care, including annual physicals and wellness visits.
Deliver women s health services (Pap smears, screenings, education).
Care for patients ages 3 and older.
Administer vaccines, perform basic lab work, and review results promptly.
Coordinate with community providers to support continuity of care.
Typical patient volume: 7 12 per day.
Required QualificationsBoard certified (NCCPA) with active, unrestricted DEA.
Active Pennsylvania state license.
Current BLS (AHA hands on preferred or willingness to obtain).
Minimum 1 year of primary care/FM outpatient experience; 2 3+ years strongly preferred.
Competency in women s health services.
Comfortable working independently as the sole on site provider
