We are looking for a part-time professional and experienced cleaning dynamo to join our team in the downtown Chicago! As a residential cleaner, you and your assistant will begin part-time and work up to cleaning 4-6 units in multiple luxury apartment buildings daily. Our unique approach reduces travel time and maximizes your income potential.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned units, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and meet client expectations.Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any concerns or special requests.Requirements:
English fluency3+ years professional experience cleaning.Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle.Have your own cleaning supplies including a vacuum cleaner.Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Schedule:
Part-time, day shift, no weekends.Compensation:
Average $45-60 per clean.$45 base, plus upgrades and gratuity.Benefits:
