  We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant to become a part of our team! You will be expected to provide high quality patient care as a part of our healthcare team.

  Responsibilities:

  Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnessesPrescribe all necessary medications and treatmentsPerform comprehensive physical examinations of patientsFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilitiesCommunicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

  Qualifications:
