Job Duties
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Support mobilityhelp with walking, transferring, and use of mobility aids.Help serve meals, and assist residents if needed.Monitor and report any changes in residents health or mood.Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.Keep resident areas clean and tidy.Document care and work closely with nurses and other staff.Maintain resident privacy and independence at all times.Follow safety, hygiene, and infection control procedures.Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.Resident Care Aide or Personal Support Worker certificate preferred.Relevant experience helpful but not requiredtraining provided.First Aid & CPR certified or willing to get certified.Team player with good communication skills.Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility.Empathetic, patient, and caring attitude.Must pass a background check.We Offer
