    We are looking for a caring and dependable Certified Medication Aide to join our team. In this role, you will help support residents by assisting with medication administration and providing compassionate, respectful care in a safe and welcoming environment.

    Responsibilities

    Assist with administering medications as directedObserve residents and report any changes in conditionMaintain accurate medication and care recordsFollow all safety procedures and medication protocolsProvide friendly support and respectful care to residentsWork closely with nurses and other team members

    Qualifications

    Current Medication Aide Certification Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or healthcare is preferredStrong attention to detail and a commitment to resident safetyGood communication skills and a positive attitudeReliable, compassionate, and able to work well as part of a team

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing nutritious meals while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors living with memory loss.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare and cook daily meals in accordance with planned menus and dietary guidelinesAccommodate special dietary needs and texture modifications (e.g., pureed, low-sodium, diabetic-friendly)Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environmentFollow all food safety and sanitation standardsAssist with meal service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for residentsCollaborate with care staff to support residents individual needs and preferences

    Qualifications:

    Previous cooking experience in a professional kitchen (healthcare or senior living preferred)Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practicesAbility to follow recipes and portion guidelinesDependable, punctual, and able to work independentlyCompassionate attitude and respect for seniors, especially those with cognitive impairments

    Do you have a heart for helping others? Were looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as Resident Care Aides. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available. 12 hour shifts.

    About Our Facility

    We offer a welcoming, supportive environment for both residents and staff. Our focus is on providing top-quality care and fostering a sense of community, dignity, and respect.

    Job Duties

    Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Support mobilityhelp with walking, transferring, and use of mobility aids.Help serve meals, and assist residents if needed.Monitor and report any changes in residents health or mood.Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.Keep resident areas clean and tidy.Document care and work closely with nurses and other staff.Maintain resident privacy and independence at all times.Follow safety, hygiene, and infection control procedures.Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.

    Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent.Resident Care Aide or Personal Support Worker certificate preferred.Relevant experience helpful but not requiredtraining provided.First Aid & CPR certified or willing to get certified.Team player with good communication skills.Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility.Empathetic, patient, and caring attitude.Must pass a background check.
