Essential Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products from production lines.
Monitor equipment for proper operation and report malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality guidelines.
Assist with changeovers, material handling, and other production tasks as assigned.

A Day In The Life
Obtain parts for order per BOM/Drawing.
Use waterjet software to create new/modify 2D drawings on computer
Assemble or fabricate orders per drawing using correct parts, tools and specifications.
Set up and run various presses, sanders, saws, etc.
Must maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
Each employee will be responsible for auditing their work as detailed in the standard work/quality instructions, performing quality checks at specified points in the operation.
Set up, program and operate CNC laser cutting machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.

Position Overview:
The role of the Warehouse Associate is to select material handling equipment (Pallet jack, Forklifts, etc.) within the warehouse walls to move and shift products and build customer orders. All customer orders are loaded onto delivery trucks to be delivered to customer locations. Perform operations to load and unload freight in an efficient manner.

Operate all material handling equipment safely. Daily inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
