    Job Summary

    We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Fort Myers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are organized, reliable, and enjoy working in a hands-on environment. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

    Responsibilities

    - Receive, unload, and accurately count incoming inventory.

    - Pack and unpack materials for storage and distribution.

    -Store inventory in designated warehouse locations.

    - Verify inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.

    -Label and identify inventory using warehouse equipment and systems.

    -Inspect products for damage or defects and report issues to supervisors.

    - Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.

    -Keep warehouse, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.

    - Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

    -Assist team members with general warehouse duties as needed.

    Qualifications

    - High school diploma or GED required.

    -Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

    -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    -Basic computer and data entry skills.

    -Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    -Good problem-solving abilities and a positive work ethic.


    Physical Requirements

    - Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.

    Quality Technician I - 1st Shift

    Location: Hamilton, OH

    Schedule: Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    Job Summary:

    The individual will be responsible for performing inspections on products at various stages of production to ensure that customer specifications are met, company quality standards are followed, and consistent with current ISO and safety requirements.


    Must Have Qualifications:

    - At least 1-2 years of quality inspector experience within the manufacturing industry

    - Knowledge and use of calipers

    - Understand how to read blueprints and source quality documentation (SAP program)


    Roles & Responsibilities:

    - Perform random in-process roving inspections to verify the specifications of the process are being maintained. Number of roving cycles provided by site Quality Manager.

    - Perform first piece inspection upon completion of set-ups, where applicable.

    - Input Z notifications for non-conforming purchased (Z2) or manufactured items (Z3).

    - Communicate in writing (email) any non-conformances found to supervisor of shift/area and quality team members.

    - Assist in production disposition/ clean up and/or maintenance of quality hold area.

    - Know how to check the calibration status of measuring equipment on the factory floor and know the process for calibration at CMC (Is gage or calibrated item in date or out of date).

    - Know how to source quality documentation (standard operating procedures, work instructions, process maps, et cetera) and other controlled documentation such as part drawings, inspection charts, et cetera within SAP/ local drive.

    - Become familiar with the processes of quality hold, in-process rejection (IPR), material review board (MRB), and internal corrective action.

    - Assist with quality training to ensure all employees are educated on proper techniques to adhere to quality requirements and processes.

    - Other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

    2nd Shift

    Monday - Thursday

    4:00 PM - 2:00 AM


    What You'll Do

    - Set up and operate Swiss screw machines and multi-spindle lathe machines.

    - Load bar stock, replenish machine fluids, and remove chips from machines.

    - Perform tooling changes, machine adjustments, and setup to maintain product specifications.

    - Verify parts meet quality standards throughout production.

    - Troubleshoot machine issues and assist with routine maintenance.

    - Train and support other operators on machine setup and operation as needed.

    - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

    - Follow all ISO standards and company safety procedures.


    Qualifications

    - Minimum of one year of hands-on Swiss setup or Lathe setup experience OR formal Swiss/Lathe machining education required.

    - Experience working with Swiss screw machines or multi-spindle lathes is required.

    - This is not a trainable position.

    - High school diploma or GED preferred.

    - Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, electrical schematics, and machine drawings.

    - Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

    - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

    - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


    Physical Requirements

    - Ability to stand for 8+ hours.

    - Frequent bending, pushing, and lifting of 30+ pounds.

    A Day in the Life

    - Create, update, and maintain engineering documentation such as:

    - Manufacturing routings

    - Technical drawings

    - Bill of materials (BOMs)

    - Process instructions

    - Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems and documents.

    - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Purchasing, etc.) to gather and distribute data.

    - Support continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining and analyzing engineering data.

    - Perform data entry and document control tasks using Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.

    - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use.

    - Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for engineering records.

    - Monitor document revision control and ensure compliance with company standards.


    What will help you thrive in this role?
