    We are a youth-centered organization dedicated to providing high-quality programming that blends robotics, mentorship, and character development. Our goal is to empower young people in West and North Philadelphia with the skills, confidence, and support they need to succeed in school and beyond.

    Position Summary:
    We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Mentors to support students during before and after care hours.  Availability: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-6:00 PM or split shift (6:45 AM-8:45 AM & 3:00 PM-6:00 PM). Mentors will engage youth in robotics and STEM-based learning activities while also serving as positive role models and providing consistent emotional and academic support. Must be able to reliably commute to West or North Philadelphia sites.
    Position Begins 8/18/2025Schedule: Monday- Friday
    Split shifts 6:45am -8:45am and 3:00pm-6:00pm
    OR
    Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm-6:00pm

    What Youll Do

    The Family Enrollment & Billing Specialist oversees all parent onboarding, Brightwheel account setup, billing profiles, tuition invoicing, and payment tracking for hundreds of families across multiple Robots & Mentors program sites. This role ensures smooth communication with parents, accurate billing, and real-time revenue reporting.

    The Specialist is the front-line support for families and plays a critical role in financial operations, CCIS subsidy alignment, and keeping all accounts current.

    Key Responsibilities
    Family Onboarding
    Manage all new family intake steps from acceptance to full enrollment.Create and activate Brightwheel family accounts.Guide parents through app setup, student profiles, and attendance procedures.Ensure all required forms are collected (emergency contacts, health records, etc.).Billing & Tuition Management

    Parent Communication
