    A day in the life
    The Lead MFG Assembly Technician will identify process improvements to improve build efficiency. You will work closely with multiple engineering teams on both early hardware development and setting the stage for later production hardware manufacturing processes. The successful candidate thrives in a fast paced, start-up like environment and are able to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills and commitment to quality to positively impact team metrics and organization goals. To be successful you need to be highly motivated and detail oriented while showing the highest standards of execution.
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - High school or equivalent diploma, or 4+ years of Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeship experience
    - 2+ years of mechanical and electrical integration or assembly experience
    - Experience in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment
    - 4+ years of industrial controls and automation experience

    In this role, you will design, build and maintain the lab infrastructure. Your role will involve designing, integrating and providing continuous support for satellite components & complex Radio Frequency (RF) satellite and ground based hardware.

    A day in the life
    The successful applicant will be experienced in designing new satellite system capabilities (mobility, handover ) to enable software teams the capabilities to verify new features in the satellite & customer terminals. You should be comfortable taking on ambiguous challenges like setting up new pre-production hardware for the first time. You should be able to define SOPs, metrics and alarms to keep equipment and test infrastructure highly available and expand the teams capabilities over time. You will be invaluable to enabling the team to move quickly and confidently with robust verification frameworks that scale with our systems.

    The Leo Plexus team owns satellite labs, tools and designing/enhancing system solutions for new satellite SW features for ground and in space.

    A day in the life
    As a Sr. CT System Engineer on the Leo Customer Terminal Team, you will work daily with electrical, hardware, RF, antenna, silicon, and product design engineers, as well as software and operations teams in a collaborative environment. Your focus will be on the validation of hardware sub-systems, high-speed digital communication buses, antenna array boards, hardware components, and low-speed serial communication buses.

    About the team
    The Leo Customer Terminal team is responsible for developing both outdoor & indoor devices, enabling customers internet service via the Leo satellite network. We own the entire process from early prototypes through mass production including requirements documents, architecture definition, hardware development, and all integration/verification testing.
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems experience
    - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics, or other relevant engineering discipline
    - 5+ years of satellite terminal development, integration, and validation experience
    - Strong understanding of communication systems, RF, and phased array antenna

    As a Sr. Mobility Terminal System Engineer on the Leo Customer Terminal (CT) team, you will work daily with electrical, hardware, RF, antenna, silicon, and product design engineers, as well as software and operations teams in a collaborative environment. Your focus will be on architecting, integrating, and validating the mobility terminal's system-level performance so it can be successfully productized for aviation, maritime, and automotive customers.

    About the team
    The Leo Customer Terminal team is responsible for developing both outdoor & indoor devices, enabling customers internet service via the Leo satellite network. We own the entire process from early prototypes through mass production including requirements documents, architecture definition, hardware development, and all integration/verification testing.
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs

    - 5+ years of satellite terminal development, integration, and validation experience
