Amazon LEO will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

    The Sr PM - B2C Strategy, will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing Amazon Leo's satellite communication services.

    Key job responsibilities
    In this role, you will work directly with customers, and operational stakeholders to define Amazon Leo service offerings via expertly crafted working backwards, business requirements documents which can easily be translated into product and engineering deliverables.

    This role requires the ability to work in a collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment and must be comfortable interacting with highly technical cross-functional teams. The candidate must have strong business judgment, dive deep into data, have strong writing skills and be comfortable leading executive-level reviews. Candidates must be able to analyze and implement subscription lifecycle models with appropriate KPIs for different customer segments.

    The best candidates will have deep understanding of customer needs for modern telecommunication services. Candidates with demonstrated business and operational experience within high scale fixed, wireless and satellite telecommunications services targeting consumer and enterprise verticals will be preferred.

    Export Control Requirement:

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
    - Experience with end to end product delivery
    - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
    - Experience as a product manager or owner
    - Experience owning technology products
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
    - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.     Key job responsibilities
    Define and own the end-to-end customer support experience strategy for Amazon Leo's Enterprise Mobility/B2B2X business, establishing scalable processes from the ground up including case management workflows, escalation protocols, SLA definitions, and quality assurance standards tailored to telecom ISP and SATCOM partner requirements. Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Business Development teams to align customer support processes with business objectives while building strong relationships with telecom ISP and SATCOM partners to understand their unique support needs and expectations for B2B2X models (Reseller, Sales Agent, Distributor). Define and track key performance indicators for customer support operations including resolution times, customer satisfaction scores, first-contact resolution rates, and partner NPS, while establishing governance frameworks for continuous improvement through feedback loops, root cause analysis processes, and operational reviews. Lead cross-functional initiatives to launch new support capabilities, tools, and processes that scale with business growth, managing vendor relationships and evaluating build vs. buy decisions for support platforms and ticketing systems. Conduct deep-dive analyses of customer support data to identify trends, systemic issues, and opportunities for proactive support interventions, championing the voice of telecom ISPs and SATCOM partners in product and business decisions. Create the product roadmap for customer operations capabilities, prioritizing initiatives that drive partner satisfaction and operational efficiency while influencing senior leadership on customer operations strategy, resource allocation, and investment priorities through data-driven insights and business cases.
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience leading and influencing the data strategy of your team or organization
    - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of product management, customer operations, or program management experience in telecom ISP, SATCOM, or enterprise mobility industries
    - Demonstrated track record of establishing customer support processes and operational frameworks from the ground up for B2B or B2B2X business models including Reseller, Sales Agent, or Distributor channels
    - Deep understanding of telecom/ISP customer support operations including case management systems, escalation workflows, SLA management, and quality assurance standards

    As part of Leo's Inventory and Fulfillment Technology (IFT) team, you will play a pivotal role in building and launching global transportation and operational cost allocation capabilities. You will be responsible for developing an impactful technical product suite that meets Leo's global expansion plan. This requires exceptional foresight to design future-proof integration patterns that can evolve with both business needs and regulatory requirements while minimizing changes to business systems.

    The ideal candidate for this role has strong business and product sense combined with a solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts. You will need to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment without being hindered by ambiguity. You will work with multiple engineering teams across organizations and partner with our customers across Tax, Accounting, Finance, Trade and other teams to define product vision, roadmap, detail product requirements and testing plan. You will drive difficult trade-off decisions and communicate the solutions clearly to stakeholders across tech and business organizations to help them understand decisions and options.
