    Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000 + 15-22.5% bonus

    Job Summary:


    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as the Director of Emergency Services. In this role, you will oversee the operations of the emergency department, ensuring quality patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and innovative professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on leading a dedicated team.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Oversee daily operations of the emergency department, including patient care, staff coordination, and resource management.

    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care.

    • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.

    • Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies for departmental improvement.

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

    • Participate in hospital leadership activities and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

    • Serve as a liaison between hospital administration and emergency services staff.


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.

    • Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

    • 3+ years of experience in emergency services required.

    • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice, in accordance with law and regulation required.

    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification required.

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
