Title: Director of Emergency Services
Compensation: $130,000 $207,500/year + Bonus Potential
Schedule: Full-Time, Days (No Weekends)
Location: Nashville, TN
Position Summary:
A high-acuity regional hospital in the greater Nashville area is seeking a Director of Emergency Services to lead operations for its busy Emergency Department. This facility operates as a Level I Trauma Center and is recognized nationally for excellence in emergency, stroke, and cardiovascular care.
The Director will oversee day-to-day operations of the emergency department, manage departmental budgets, and lead a large and collaborative team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
