We are seeking a General Office Assistant to join our growing team at the Amateur Players Tour! The Amateur Players Tour is the fastest growing and largest amateur golf tour in the United States, with over 46 chapters around the country and oversees 800 events a year our of our Decatur, IL office. You will perform administrative functions that will aid in our event business, retail business, and support our members and chapter owners to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other documentsAssist our events team in preparation of materialsWork with our Retail merchandiser to pull and ship orders and deliver exceptional customer servicePlan and schedule appointments and eventsAnswer inbound telephone calls and e-mailsDevelop and implement organized filing systemsPerform all other office tasksQualifications:
