    We are seeking and experienced NYC Service Plumber who can independently diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in apartments, homes, mixed use buildings and commercial spaces.

    Responsibilities


    Perform residential and commercial plumbing service calls across NYCDiagnose and repair leaks, clogs, water heaters, steam/hot-water boilers, fixtures, valves, pumps, piping and gas linesInstall and replace fixtures, faucets, toilets, and water heatersRead and understand DOB/DEP requirements and NYC Plumbing codeCommunicate clearly with tenants, building supers, management companies and homeownersDocument work performed and complete job ticketsMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipmentFollow all safety and plumbing code regulationsRequirements

    Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience (NYC service experience highly preferred)Valid Driver's License with good driving recordKnowledge of NYC Plumbing CodeAbility to wok independently and troubleshoot on-siteStrong customer service skillsAbility to lift 50+ lbs, climb stairs, and work in small mechanical roomsOSHA 30 or SST preferred (not required)

    Job Summary
    We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Plumbing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a plumbing project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications by coordinating with clients, managing schedules, resource allocation, quality control, and risk mitigation throughout the construction process.

    Responsibilities
    Planning and Budgeting: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, including estimating labor, materials, and equipment costs. Drive financial health of project to include change ordersContract Administration: Manage contracts with and vendors, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.Site Supervision: Monitor construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against the schedule, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions. Schedule key deliverables and milestones to ensure appropriate progress is being made.Team Management: Lead and manage a team of plumbing professionals, including supers, foremen, and subcontractors, assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the project, including weather conditions, material availability, regulatory changes and safety.Communication: Facilitate clear communication between all including stakeholders, GC management and subcontractors.Quality Control: Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure project meets specified standards.Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for clients and upper management, including budget updates and project status.Qualifications
