  Seeking janitoral staff for commercial cleaning

  $13.75/hour Pay dates are the 15th and the 30th of each month distributed by ADP via Direct Deposit

  Responsibilities:

  Keep buildings in clean and orderly conditionRemoval of trash, wiping tables, vacuuming and cleaning and restocking restroomsPerform routine cleaning functions of restrooms, offices areas and commons areasOrganize custodial closets and spacesMaintain working condition of cleaning equipment

  ​Qualifications:

  Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fieldsAbility to handle physical workloadStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsStrong communication skillsDependable transportationCompany DescriptionCommercial cleaning business that has been in business for 12 years.   We are seeking Janitorial Staff to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
  
  Responsibilities:

  Clean offices, classrooms, bathrooms, on a nightly basis.Keep buildings in clean and orderly conditionPerform light cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping floors and carpetInform customer of maintenance needs and when consumables need to be orderedOrganize custodial closets and spacesMaintain working condition of cleaning equipmentClean takes about two hours per night Mon-Friday off on holidays and when the school is closed for breaks
